The neighborhood children are trying to solve a dispute over the playground, when a big shade swallows their tiny shadows. The children look up to find a smelly trash monster hiding the sun. The story presents on how do the children react to the easy decisions taken by their neighborhood council, and how the children’s observation of littering behaviors takes down the monster.
